ISLAMABAD — Heavy rains set off flash floods that killed a minimum of 31 folks and left dozens lacking in northern Afghanistan, the Taliban’s state-run information company reported Monday.

The Bakhtar Information Company stated the flooding happened on Sunday in northern Parwan province. The company stated that ladies and youngsters had been among the many lifeless and 17 folks had been reported injured.
