Marianne Williamson, a self-help creator who’s operating a second time for the Democrat nomination in 2024, has been accused by previous marketing campaign workers of participating in “abusive” therapy.
Williamson has made a profession out of affection and forgiveness sermons and even cited “dignity, decency, intelligence and love” as a way to catapult her candidacy in a latest interview.
As Politico reviews, these attributes had been sorely missing throughout her 2020 presidential bid. The outlet interviewed a dozen marketing campaign employees who described her as “a boss who may be verbally and emotionally abusive.”
“These interviewed say the best-selling creator and religious adviser subjected her staff to unpredictable, explosive episodes of anger,” they write.
One former staffer accused Williamson of “uncontrollable rage” whereas all 12 mentioned they’d witnessed her “scream at individuals till they began to cry.”

Williamson hinted that the accusations of abuse are coming from President Biden’s camp.

Williamson insisted throughout her earlier presidential marketing campaign that she shouldn’t be a loopy practice.
“Individuals are so invested in creating this false narrative about me because the ‘crystal girl,’ ‘wacky new-age nutcase,’” she argued “When you actually give it some thought, I should be doing one thing proper that they’re so scared.”
