The Biden Justice Division has opened an investigation into Trump’s actions to ‘overturn the 2020 election outcomes.’
In accordance with The Washington Put up, DOJ prosecutors are probing “conversations with Trump, his legal professionals, and others in his internal circle who sought to substitute Trump allies for licensed electors from some states Joe Biden gained.”

The Washington Put up’s report comes as US Lawyer Basic Merrick Garland stated he’s open to prosecuting Trump for his ‘position in January 6.’
Merrick Garland was requested by NBC’s Lester Holt if indicting a former president would “tear the nation aside.”
“Look, we pursue justice with out concern or favor,” Merrick Garland informed NBC’s Lester Holt in an interview that can air Tuesday evening.
“So if Donald Trump had been to develop into a candidate for president once more, that may not change your schedule or how you progress ahead or don’t transfer ahead?” Holt requested.
“I’ll say once more that we’ll maintain accountable anybody who’s criminally accountable for making an attempt to intrude with the switch — reliable, lawful switch of energy from one administration to the following,” Garland stated.
